Should wake up feeling good. It possible look if that’s great. Let’s say energy level talking about people by the way every human being is it possible to sure no problem. Let’s save rate of perceived exertion. Let’s say I make you to pull and let’s see the maximum of pullups. You can do the maximum amount of 10. Keep a wrong number at 11. You couldn’t do 11. If I put a .11, should I make you do 10 pullups on our workout now? I’m gonna make it to 5, why because I’m setting up to work the next day to 5 we’re gonna do another fight. We’re gonna do 616 is really easy. We’re gonna do seven, why if you count if if you did 10 pullups on Monday, you’re gonna be sore till Thursday max Thursday I’ve only done pullups from Monday to Thursday. I’ve only done five pullups every day, so I’m 20 pullups 25 pullups. I have more than you if you add up at the end of the year who trained more trained more than you go to practice. I’m doing every single day three rounds, five days a week that’s 15 rounds you go twice a week, but you kill yourself five rounds each day you kill you push yourself burn yourself up. I still did 15 at 10 end of the year. I’ve done so much training. So how much training can we pack in in the week? That’s a real question…
